Raw Material Screening

Spunlace nonwoven and packaging film suppliers are audited one by one; incoming batches are inspected before entering the warehouse.

Purified Water Preparation

Multi-stage filtration and purification produce 99.9% purified water; solution preparation runs fully enclosed.

Cleanroom Converting

Slitting, wetting, folding and forming all happen inside the cleanroom, with separate purified channels for personnel and materials.

Inspected Packing

The automatic packing line performs in-line weight and seal checks; samples are drawn for microbiological and physical-chemical testing.

Dispatch

Retained batch samples keep everything traceable; palletizing and container loading follow strict procedures, with export documents and test reports delivered with the shipment.
